I shoot art reproduction photography for galleries, artists and makers. I shoot both on location and at my Lancashire photography studio, using flash lighting for even, colour accurate images. The aim with artwork photography is to minimise glass refections and accurately represent the piece.

Brief - To photograph her artwork in her studio in Ulverston for an exhibition catalogue and website.
I shot these images for Lara ahead of an exhibition she was taking part in and for her website. I took my studio equipment to her as her work is very large and hard to transport. I used flash lighting to evenly light the pieces and keep the colour tone accurate.

Brief - Website portfolio and shop, artwork photography
Preston based designer Brenda contacted me when she was commissioning a new website. She asked me to photograph some of her ceramic designs for her online shop and portfolio. She asked for soft grey tones and natural shadowing to compliment her porcelain ceramics. The artwork photography was shot in my Lancashire based studio.
